Who We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a skilled PO to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong proficiency in spoken and written Turkish and English, and experience in business analysis and project management. As a PO at NewMind AI, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into functional specifications for AI solutions, collaborating with various departments to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights. You will identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI, develop and manage AI projects, and ensure AI solutions meet stakeholder needs by effectively communicating technical concepts. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest AI trends, analyze and report on key business metrics, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, foster collaboration across teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, conduct market research, and provide strategic recommendations to the management team.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Product Management: Work closely with product teams to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and ensure successful product launches. Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Track and Report Data: Collect, analyze, and report on key business metrics to provide insights and support decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance against goals and identify areas for improvement.
• Build Cross-Functional Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with various teams to drive initiatives, share knowledge, and achieve common goals.
• Maintain Competitive Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and provide strategic recommendations to the management team.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a related field may also be considered.
• Experience: Proven experience in Business Analysis related roles is required. Experience in the management of outsourced projects, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with external teams, is preferred.
• Expertise: Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting, showcasing the ability to extract meaningful insights from data is essential. A strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles, enabling the effective structuring and management of data, is expected. Familiarity with various data visualization tools and techniques, enabling the effective presentation of data-driven insights, is also required.
• Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of data mining techniques and methodologies to extract valuable insights from large datasets is crucial. Proficiency with business intelligence tools and platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense, is essential. Familiarity with AI technologies, such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, and their business applications is expected.
• Skills: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required, enabling effective communication and data presentation. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills are essential, enabling effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent presentation skills are expected, enabling the clear and concise communication of complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Language: Strong proficiency in spoken and written Turkish and English is required, enabling effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Competencies: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and collaboration skills, is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex business challenges, are essential.
