Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Go.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and building large-scale web apps.
• Experience with Redis/CouchBase for caching and Kafka/RabbitMQ for queues.
• Strong SQL skills with MySQL or PostgreSQL and query optimization.
• Experience with ORM tools: Prisma, TypeORM, Mongoose, Sequelize, GORM; NestJS, GraphQL, Apollo, and Gin.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes; Agile/Scrum familiarity.

II - Who We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Go technologies. This role requires deep knowledge and experience in microservices architecture, server-side event architecture, cache management, and queue management technologies.

III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

1. (i) Design and develop backend solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, and Go.
2. (ii) Establish and manage gRPC-based communication infrastructures in a microservices architecture.
3. (iii) Develop real-time applications using server-side event architecture.
4. (iv) Optimize performance using cache and queue management technologies.
5. (v) Manage and optimize data using MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
6. (vi) Handle high-volume data streams with Kafka and improve these processes.
7. (vii) Ensure data access and management using ORM technologies such as Prisma, TypeORM, Mongoose, Sequelize, and GORM.
8. (viii) Develop modern backend solutions with NestJS and Gin.
9. (ix) Create flexible and scalable API solutions using GraphQL and REST.
10. (x) Contribute to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and follow best practices.
11. (xi) Write unit and integration tests to improve code quality.
12. (xii) Play an active role in software architecture design and make technical decisions.
13. (xiii) Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

IV - What Is Required from You?

• (i) Qualifications: At least 2 years of professional software development experience, particularly focused on Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Go technologies.
• (ii) Experience: Deep knowledge and experience in developing applications in a microservices architecture.
• (iii) Expertise: Experience working with server-side event architecture, cache management (e.g., Redis, CouchBase), and queue management (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) technologies.
• (iv) Knowledge: Strong ability to design and develop complex and large-scale web applications. Expertise in gRPC design, integration, and inter-microservice communication.
• (v) Skills: Ability to develop high-performance, scalable, and secure software solutions. Experience with SQL databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and expertise in query optimization.
• (vi) Competencies: Experience with ORM technologies such as Prisma, TypeORM, Mongoose, Sequelize, and GORM. Knowledge and experience with NestJS, GraphQL, Apollo, and Gin. Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Team-oriented with high communication skills and the ability to mentor. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in these processes.
