Job summary

Hayat is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist for its export department. The role partners with commercial and operations teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability across global markets.

You will develop dashboards in Power BI, perform variance analyses, and deliver management reports to senior leadership, ensuring data integrity across SAP and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Controlling, or Financial Reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, management reporting, and profitability analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly statutory financial statements and income statements with high accuracy and deadlines.
• Lead monthly forecasting and planning processes with commercial and operational teams.
• Perform monthly CO-PA closing activities and ensure timely reporting of performance.
• Prepare detailed management reports, expense analyses, and leadership-level evaluations.
• Conduct variance analysis across actuals, budget, and forecast to identify drivers.
• Support decision-making through profitability, margin, and performance analyses.
• Develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
• Analyze large datasets to improve financial and operational efficiency.
