Job summary

Assystem is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Controller to join the finance team. The role reports to the Regional CFO and covers financial controlling, reporting, budgeting, and rolling forecasts across the region.

Responsibilities include IFRS-compliant reporting, annual budgeting, analysis, and coordinating with the global consolidation team. The incumbent will drive process improvements and support multiple country finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in financial controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, or audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with multinational organizations; Big 4 exposure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reporting in IFRS and Group reporting standards.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and performance insights to the Regional CFO and senior management.
• Monitor budget vs. forecast, identify variances, and propose actions.
• Coordinate with the global consolidation team for timely reporting.
• Improve financial controlling, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Support regional finance teams in controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other activities.
• Ensure consistency of reporting and controlling practices across the region.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested.
