Job summary

Token Financial Technologies seeks a Senior Expert Software Developer to drive backend and frontend development within a fintech environment. You will design scalable services, implement microservice architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Koç Group partnerships.

The role emphasizes advanced .NET Core expertise, Angular, and distributed systems, with opportunities for mentoring and architectural influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies and Advanced .NET Core development.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and microservice architectures.
• Experience with message queues (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server; EF, Dapper, and ADO.NET.
• Experience building background jobs and asynchronous processing (Hangfire is a plus).
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines; Redis; Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in fintech systems and building high-traffic, large-scale services is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork.

• Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET technologies

The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies
• Advanced experience with .NET Core application development
• Hands-on experience with Angular
• Experience designing and developing Microservice Architectures
• Experience working with message queue systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, and ADO.NET
• Experience developing background jobs and asynchronous processing systems (Experience with Hangfire is considered a strong plus)
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines
• Experience with Redis
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in Fintech systems is considered a plus
• Experience building high-traffic and large-scale systems is considered a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
