Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of site engineering/field coordination on EPC-based power plant projects.
• Strong English; good written and spoken skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with engineering document sharing/management platforms.
• Knowledge of FCRs, RFIs, and As-Built/Red-Line on EPC projects.
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines and interface with site teams and Employer’s Engineer.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills for high-volume items.
• Excellent communication across site and remote teams.
• Proven site experience with construction, installation and commissioning interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site focal for FCR, RFI, and red-line documentation processes.
• Identify field deviations and raise FCRs with complete information.
• Manage RFIs raised by Site/Construction & Commissioning teams; coordinate with Lead Project Engineer.
• Track status of all open FCR, RFI, and As-Built items; escalate delays as needed.
• Coordinate red-line mark-ups with site team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Liaise with ENKA DCC to synchronize records with EDMS.
• Support Lead Project Engineers with site-level technical input during reviews.
• Coordinate walk-downs and sign-offs of red-line mark-ups with site reps.
• Maintain consolidated site logs and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and document codification.
