Job summary

ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. invites an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join the head office in Beşiktaş, Istanbul.

The role focuses on technical production and detailed engineering of power systems within the Data Center design team, translating SLDs into coordinated, constructible electrical systems for mission-critical uptime. You will lead 3D modeling in Revit, perform essential calculations, and prepare equipment datasheets and MR for MV, LV, and ELV systems.

Qualifications

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering.
Min. 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Advanced user of MS Office applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
Analytical mindset; organized, adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Willing to travel and no restriction to work abroad or relocate for project assignments.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine Protection & Metering SLDs for MV/LV systems, Load Lists, Cable Schedules, and Panel Schedules.
Execute core electrical calculations for cable sizing, voltage drop, derating, protection, and earthing.
Lead 3D electrical modeling (LOD 300) in Revit, ensuring coordination with Mechanical and Structural disciplines.
Prepare detailed Electrical Equipment Datasheets and MR for MV, LV, ELV systems.
Support vendor bid evaluation for technical compliance with project specs.
Review vendor drawings, shop drawings, and submittals for integration into the plant design.
Generate and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for procurement and construction estimating.
Ensure designs follow IEC/IEEE standards, NFPA 70 (NEC), and safety guidelines.
Provide engineering assistance during construction and commissioning.
