Job summary

Rönesans Holding is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design coordination for power infrastructure projects, including overhead lines, GIS, and MV switchgear. You will review diagrams, specifications, and calculations, aligning with standards and client requirements.

You will mentor junior engineers, support procurement and site execution, coordinate with utilities and authorities, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of engineering deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience in power infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating with utilities, consultants, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with IEC/IEEE standards and utility requirements.
• Proficiency with electrical drawing tools; ETAP or DIgSILENT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate electrical designs, specifications, drawings, and material schedules.
• Review SLDs, equipment layouts, cable sizing, earthing, insulation coordination, and protection schemes.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between overhead lines, GIS, MV switchgear, transformers, and systems.
• Support procurement by evaluating vendor proposals and reviewing technical documents.
• Mentor engineers and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery on site.
