Job summary

SANY Group in Istanbul's Sancaktepe is seeking an experienced Customs Clearance & Logistics Specialist to lead import/export operations in Turkey on-site. You will own customs documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination for machinery shipments, collaborating with our customs manager and Chinese HQ.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customs clearance or international logistics, fluent English, and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in customs clearance or international logistics.
Fluent English required for daily communication with HQ and teams.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end preparation and submission of import/export customs declarations in full compliance with Turkish regulations.
Ensure accuracy of all documents: invoices, packing lists, BLs, origin certificates and related files.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers; track cargo status and escalate delays.
Maintain audit-ready records in the ERP system and prepare KPIs for stakeholders.
