Job summary

BAL is seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative team and shape the next chapter of BAL. You will guide copywriters, designers and creators, transforming strategic challenges into original ideas and elevating work from concept to execution.

You will present to clients with clarity and conviction, leveraging AI and emerging media to expand brand possibilities. Fluency in Turkish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of creative agency experience and leadership of teams.
• Strong portfolio of integrated, digital-first and culturally relevant work.
• Experience directing ideas, teams, and presenting to clients.
• High standards of craft and curiosity about culture and technology.
