You will manage IFRS/Local GAAP reporting, analyze P&L and balance sheets, and coordinate month‑end close with accuracy and timeliness. The role requires a BA/BS in accounting/finance, 5–7 years of experience, SAP/JDE exposure, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field and IFRS expertise.
• 5–7 years in Controlling, Financial Reporting, Audit or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Local GAAP; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per IFRS and Local GAAP.
• Manage and analyze assigned P&L and Balance Sheet accounts for accuracy.
• Coordinate month‑end close activities and reporting timelines.
• Create closing journals and support transfer pricing reporting.
• Perform actual vs. budget analyses and provide insights.
• Lead finance projects, system enhancements, and audits coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP.
• Manage and analyze assigned P&L and Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities, maintain the closing calendar, and ensure timely completion of reporting requirements.
• Prepare financial closing reports, schedules, management presentations, and variance analyses.
• Create and monitor closing journal entries and support transfer pricing reporting activities.
• Perform actual vs. budget analyses and provide valuable insights into business performance.
• Lead finance-related projects, system enhancements, and ERP integration initiatives.
• Act as the key contact for internal and external audit processes.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Local GAAP. (IFRS expertise is mandatory)
• Solid understanding of internal controls and compliance best practices.
• Experience with SAP or JD Edwards (JDE); ERP implementation experience is a strong plus.
• Advanced analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
