Job summary

FANUC in Turkey is seeking a finance professional with 5–7 years in controlling, reporting, or audit. You will manage P&L and balance sheet accounts, lead month-end close, and prepare IFRS and Local GAAP financial statements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ERP experience (SAP or JD Edwards), strong analytical skills, and English fluency. You will partner with stakeholders, drive improvements, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in controlling, financial reporting, audit, or finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Local GAAP (IFRS mandatory).
• Internal controls and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with SAP or JD Edwards; ERP implementation a plus.
• Advanced analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP.
• Manage and analyze assigned P&L and Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities, maintain the closing calendar, and ensure timely completion of reporting requirements.
• Prepare financial closing reports, schedules, management presentations, and variance analyses.
• Create and monitor closing journal entries and support transfer pricing reporting activities.
• Perform actual vs. budget analyses and provide insights into business performance.
• Lead finance-related projects, system enhancements, and ERP integration initiatives.
• Act as the key contact for internal and external audit processes.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support informed business decisions.

• Experience with SAP or JD Edwards (JDE); ERP implementation experience is a strong plus.
• Advanced analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
