Job summary

Festo SE & Co. KG in Manisa, Turkey, is seeking a Plant Controller to support budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing activities. You will analyze manufacturing costs, variances and KPIs to drive cost improvements and profitability across production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong interest in manufacturing finance, controlling, costing and budgeting.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and operational performance indicators.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing activities
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
• Perform product costing and manufacturing cost calculations
• Support standard costing and master data management processes
• Prepare cost analyses for new products, investments and capacity changes
• Support CAPEX planning and investment controlling activities

• Contribute to process standardization, automation and digitalization initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Maximum 3 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Costing, Manufacturing or related areas is preferred
• Strong interest in manufacturing finance, controlling, costing and budgeting
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and operational performance indicators
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge; SAP experience is an asset
• Ability to analyze data and transform findings into actionable business insights
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented and results-oriented approach
• Good command of written and spoken English
