Job summary

Liberty is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives from planning through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, submittals, procurement, safety compliance, and document control while coordinating with clients, vendors, and field teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Candidates should bring strong reading of plans, cost estimating, and proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• High degree of construction knowledge and analytical skills preferred.
• Strong ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Experience with project planning, forecasting and cost estimating.
• Proficiency with PC and software including Microsoft Office, Digital Takeoff, Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Timberline.
• Understanding of project safety and strong communication, organization and time management.
• Ability to plan, organize and schedule and make decisions based on new information.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats PM/APM/Asst. Est./Asst. BIM and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the construction project from start to finish.
• Develops project schedules and labor plans.
• Ensures optimum utilization of resources and procurement on best terms.
• Manages project estimating including changes and submittals.
• Maintains document controls both in office and field.
• Coordinates with accounting for project accounting and budget adherence.
• Ensures field activities follow the pre-determined schedule.
• Conducts regular status meetings with field staff.
• Communicates with clients and sub-contractors to resolve issues.
• Prepares weekly project status reports and constructability resolutions.
• Performs other related duties as required and travels as needed.
