Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Turkey, TX, seeks a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects within our mechanical/structural scope. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will recruit and lead Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Coordinators, coordinate with field operations and company leadership, and manage project closeout.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large scale commercial & industrial construction projects from set up to close out related to the data center, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas construction industries.
• Responsible for recruiting, managing and leading teams of employees, including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Supervises the daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product, including overseeing compliance with all contract requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project subordinates and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of project.
• Assures all employees within the team know and follow the company safety and work rules and policies.

Education

Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
