You will develop AI-augmented testing frameworks, optimize CI/CD integrations, and collaborate with product and engineering to set clear acceptance criteria. The role emphasizes mentoring, scalable test systems, and measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality assurance, including 3+ years hands-on with test automation.
• Selenium WebDriver proficiency — Page Object Model, synchronization strategies, multi-browser execution.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript for building and extending automation frameworks.
• Real-world GenAI experience — you've used tools like OpenAI API, Claude Code, or Cursor to tangibly improve engineering outcomes.
• CI/CD pipeline know-how — configuring and troubleshooting test integrations in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Analytical ability — SQL fluency, log analysis, and comfort with visualization platforms such as Grafana or Tableau.
• Strong communication — you can distill complex test findings into clear, business‑relevant narratives for diverse audiences.
• Remote‑first readiness — disciplined, proactive, and effective working asynchronously across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-enhanced testing strategies and surface hidden edge cases.
• Develop and evolve Selenium WebDriver automation frameworks in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Configure and optimize test stages in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Mine test results and logs to build KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape acceptance criteria and testability.
• Mentor junior analysts and evangelize GenAI-assisted practices across the organization.
