Job summary

EY Türkiye is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team across offices. You will support client engagements, develop decarbonisation roadmaps, and contribute to sustainability reporting under ISSB/CSRD frameworks.

The role requires 3–6 years in sustainability, strong analytical skills, and fluent English and Turkish. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and help deliver high-quality insights and reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Turkish.
• Experience in sustainability, climate change, or related roles (3–6 years).
• Knowledge of GHG accounting, LCA, and sustainability reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability, climate change and reporting engagements for clients.
• Develop decarbonisation roadmaps and GHG inventories.
• Contribute to climate risk assessments and sustainability reporting.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals and technical reports.
