ICBC Turkey Bank is seeking a Senior Specialist in the Operations Management Department, Alternative Distribution Channels Unit (Card Accounting), based at the Maslak Head Office in Istanbul.

The role covers daily reconciliation, monitoring and resolution of clearing and settlement processes, reporting, risk assessment, and driving process improvements for Cards and POS in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial flows and financial operations related to payment systems.
• Proficient in MasterCard, VISA, BKM, and BonusNet Issuer/Acquirer clearing and settlement systems and their reports.
• Able to manage operational processes and relationships.
• Able to identify operational processes and financial risks.
• Proficient in MS Office programs, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills and inclined towards teamwork.
• Preferably proficient in English.
• For male candidates, must have completed mandatory military service.
• Solution-oriented, with developed analytical thinking, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably proficient in the Banksoft operating system.

Responsabilidades

• Daily reconciliation, monitoring, and manual resolution of domestic and international clearing, settlement, and accounting processes.
• Support the team in identifying root causes, analyzing, and reconciling operational, financial, or system errors related to Cards and POS.
• Take an active role in monthly, quarterly, and other periodic external reporting processes, as well as in preparing necessary reports regarding operations.
• Identify operational and financial risks related to Cards and POS, forecast, and implement process improvements.
• Design operational and financial flow steps for projects of domestic and international card schemes and regulatory requests related to Cards and POS.
• Propose system development recommendations for digitization and automation of operational processes and establishment of RPA structures.
