Job summary

Bank of China Turkey is seeking a capable Application Management professional to implement configuration and management activities, coordinating the development lifecycle with providers and supporting users in daily operations.

You will troubleshoot incidents at first line, manage releases and daily changes for banking applications, and help organize UAT while aligning with business requests and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Information Systems Management.
• Minimum 3 years of banking application management experience.
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and options quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement application configuration and management activities.
• Coordinate the application development lifecycle with providers.
• Support applications and users in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot application problems and manage incidents as first line.
