Job summary

OBSS, Turkey’s leading technology consultancy, is hiring a Business Analyst to deliver end-to-end software solutions across banking, insurance, e-commerce, and more. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that solve business problems.

The role requires strong domain knowledge in card payments, REST/SOAP APIs, and agile SDLC practices; experience with Banksoft/Ocean is highly valued, along with Jira/Confluence and Figma for wireframes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst in Banking/FinTech/Financial Services.
• Hands-on with Banksoft or Ocean platforms.
• Deep domain knowledge in card payments, including issuing, acquiring, switch, authorization, clearing, settlement, and loyalty/campaign systems.

Responsibilities

• Conducting business and functional analysis for Card Management Systems, credit/debit card operations, POS/ATM networks, and clearing/settlement processes (Visa, Mastercard, TROY).
• Gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements from stakeholders; turning them into FSDs, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Analyzing system flows, REST/SOAP API integrations, data mappings and business logic with architects and dev teams.
• Analyzing and supporting implementation within Banksoft and Ocean card management ecosystems.
• Preparing comprehensive UAT test scenarios, performing API and DB validations using SQL/PL-SQL, coordinating end-to-end testing and release sign-offs.
• Creating technical docs, user manuals, and release notes; supporting post-go-live issue resolution.
• Ensuring solutions align with local banking regulations, system constraints, and international payment schemes.
