Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Commercial P&C / MGA based in Turkey to drive the implementation of the Sure Commercial platform. You will collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and product owners to translate complex insurance requirements into practical configurations and functional specifications.

The role covers requirements analysis, platform configuration, fit-gap assessments, and testing support (SIT/UAT) in a remote-first, international team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business analysis experience in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Strong understanding of MGA business model and delegated underwriting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis and document business requirements for commercial insurance platform implementations.
• Translate business needs into Sure Commercial configurations, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform fit-gap analyses and design broker submission workflows to optimize operations.
• Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) and coordinate business sign-off.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and QA to align business objectives with technical delivery.
