Job summary

Altınay Savunma Teknolojileri in Istanbul (Pendik) seeks a Senior / Systems Engineer to lead battery and energy storage systems projects for defense applications. You will guide concept design, system integration, testing, and product lifecycle management across diverse platforms.

The role requires a strong background in electrical/electronic engineering, 3+ years with battery systems, and experience with MIL-STD standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field relevant to battery and ESS.
Minimum 3 years of experience in battery systems or high-voltage power distribution.
Strong knowledge of systems engineering processes and V-Model.
Good command of English for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and develop system requirements for battery and ESS across land, naval, aerial, and unmanned platforms.
Contribute to design, integration, testing, and validation processes.
Prepare production/assembly instructions and apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
Perform test planning per MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 standards.
Collaborate with Mechanical, Electronics, Software, Quality, and Production teams.
