Job summary

SPIE Turbomachinery is seeking an experienced Asset Integrity Engineer in Adana, Turkey. The role focuses on integrity management for pressure systems, data analysis, and continuous improvement within a global group.

You will perform FFS assessments, RCA participation, and coordinate with inspection teams to ensure compliant reporting. Applicants should have 5+ years in integrity engineering, strong knowledge of API/ASME, RBI, and CMMS usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Material, Industrial, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in integrity management, inspection, or asset integrity engineering.
• Strong understanding of inspection techniques and degradation mechanisms.
• Knowledge of API 510/570/653 and ASME codes.
• Familiarity with RBI methodologies and data-driven integrity evaluation.
• Experience with CMMS and integrity management systems.
• Excellent data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical deliverables and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support asset integrity programs for pressure systems, piping, and static equipment.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze inspection and integrity data (NDT results, corrosion rates).
• Assist in Fitness-for-Service assessments and remaining life evaluations.
• Participate in RCA and define repair recommendations.
• Coordinate with inspection teams and ensure documentation and reporting.
• Support RBI and integrity workshops and continuous improvement.
