Job summary

Our client in the Logistics sector is seeking a Senior Accounting and Finance Specialist to join and strengthen the finance team. You will manage month-end close, tax compliance, and financial reporting under the Head of Finance & Administration’s guidance.

The role requires strong English, solid MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with auditors and accountants is essential to ensure accurate, timely financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities.
• Min 2 years of work experience.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skill , good command of MS office applications.
• Hard working, proactive and having multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• To be aware of tax and accounting regulations.
• To master E-Ledger and E-Invoice processes, Report to Head of Finance & Administration.
• Actively supports the month end closure process, to do the monthly closing and prepare the monthly financial reports according to the request of the Finance Manager.
• To do the tax declaration with CPA.
• To cooperate with the auditors to finish the yearly auditing.
• Following up daily financial activities.
• Carrying out periodic reconciliations with customer.
• Following up TUIK Reports.
• To be able to arrange different tasks efficiently, and control the finance process of the company.
• Report directly to Head of Finance/Accounting Department.
• To fulfill any other tasks given by the Finance Manager.
