Responsibilities

• Plan patients medical appointments and share the daily schedule with our dentists and clinic.
• Build the driver's daily schedule for hotel and airport transfers.
• Enter patient details into the transportation company's portal.
• Book and manage hotel reservations.
• Stay in touch with patients upon their arrival.
• Handle concerns and complaints about appointments, treatments, or hotels and follow up until resolved.
