Job summary

Gizli is seeking an experienced SAP specialist to analyze, design, and document SAP-related business processes across MM, PP, and QM modules. You will coordinate cutover activities with SAP consultants and maintain comprehensive process documentation.

You will engage internal stakeholders to define requirements, assess impact of changes, and deliver end-to-end SAP configuration, training, and reporting enhancements. A strong planning mindset and proactive collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• A university degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, and QM modules.
• Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Male candidates must have completed mandatory military service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and document SAP-related business processes.
• Coordinate documentation covering SAP processes, system operations, and activities.
• Coordinate SAP cutover and go-live with SAP consultants.
• Review change requests and assess impact on SAP modules.

• Coordinate and maintain documentation covering SAP processes, system operations, and technical activities,
• Coordinate project cutover and go-live activities in close cooperation with SAP consultants,
• Review business change requests and improvement initiatives, assessing their impact on the relevant SAP modules,
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and perform detailed process and system analysis,
• Establish appropriate assessment criteria and coordinate with vendors throughout project implementation,
• Provide SAP module configuration, operational support, and end-user training,
• Coordinate with consultants to develop required reports, programs, and system enhancements,
• Track system incidents, technical issues, and identified gaps, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented,
• Serve as the key liaison between business users and SAP consultants, facilitating communication, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing support.
