Job summary

REED Recruitment Türkiye is seeking an SAP PP Business Analyst to map processes, translate requirements into SAP PP solutions, and collaborate with global business lines. The role emphasizes understanding manufacturing processes and delivering user-friendly configurations.

You will configure and document SAP PP, provide training and first-line support, and build long-term partnerships to drive SAP PP value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with SAP PP as a functional analyst and translates requirements into solutions.
• Ability to present and communicate ideas in business-friendly language.
• Pragmatic and efficient solution builder who acts proactively and thinks analytically.
• Team-oriented and capable of working within a collaborative environment.
• Willingness for short international business trips.

Responsibilities

• Map the processes and information flows in close collaboration with the different business lines concerned.
• Translate business requirements into functionality and assess risks, feasibility, opportunities and impacts of various solution options.
• Define design software development matching internal needs.
• Customize, validate solutions and follow-up their implementations.
• Configure and document software and processes using agreed standards and tools.
• Provide training and first-line support towards end-users.
• Challenge existing business processes to discover better ways of doing business.
• Stay informed of advances and changes in software technologies that may translate into process improvements.
• Build long-term relationships with business partners to drive engagement in SAP PP strategy and deliver business value.
