Job summary

REED Türkiye is seeking a Budgeting and Reporting Specialist for our international manufacturing client. The role focuses on preparing budgets, forecasts, and IFRS-compliant financial reports, with close collaboration across departments.

Strong Netsis ERP and Excel skills, plus English proficiency, are required. The ideal candidate will analyze variances, support monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, and contribute to process improvements in budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Proficient in Netsis ERP system.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills; Pivot Tables and data analysis; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze periodic budget, forecast, and financial reports.
• Monitor actual results against budget and explain variances.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting principles and practical experience with IFRS.
• Proficiency in Netsis ERP system is a must.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Description

• Prepare and analyze periodic budget, forecast, and financial reports.

• Analyze budget variances and provide clear explanations and supporting insights.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Ensure financial reporting activities are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Collaborate with relevant departments to collect, validate, and consolidate financial data.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing financial data, analyses, and reports.
• Maintain and improve reporting files, templates, and tools to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Prepare management reports and presentations, summarizing key financial results and variances. Follow financial performance indicators and support management with relevant analyses and recommendations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of budgeting and reporting processes.
