Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Supervisor, SAP Consulting to lead technical SAP implementations for our Professional Services team across EMEA and Turkey. You will guide clients, coordinate multi‑project rollouts, and mentor a team of SAP consultants.

Strong SAP SD expertise, familiarity with MM and FI, and fluency in English are required. Remote work is common with travel to international and domestic client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP consultancy experience focusing on SD; basic FI/MM understanding.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams in a services environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with AI-enabled workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication for clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client SAP configurations to draft design and customization docs using AI tools.
• Lead testing, identify gaps, and guide clients through UAT, go-live and stabilisation.
• Manage multiple complex implementation projects with clear, timely updates.
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP Solutions Consultants to maximise effectiveness.
• Provide advanced technical support leveraging deep SAP and Sovos product knowledge.
• Maintain expert knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI) and regulatory reporting requirements.
