Job summary

Hayat is seeking an experienced SAP CO Team Leader to own SAP CO processes with a focus on manufacturing and cost accounting. You will design and optimize CO-OM, CO-PC and CO-PA, managing costing and cost flows while ensuring seamless integration with FI, MM, PP and SD across multiple plants.

The role requires hands-on SAP CO expertise, project delivery across implementations and roll-outs, and the ability to lead consultants and business teams while communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO processes and solution design.
• Solid experience in product costing and production controlling within manufacturing companies.
• Ability to evaluate CO-OM, CO-PC and CO-PA processes as an integrated structure.
• Experience in SAP CO projects covering analysis, design, testing, go-live and support.
• Strong understanding of integration with FI, MM, PP and SD.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, improvement and ongoing development of SAP CO processes.
• Own solution design across CO-OM, CO-PC and CO-PA modules.
• Manage product costing, standard costing, production order costing, WIP and variances.
• Evaluate BOM, routing, work center and cost flows in PP-CO integration.
• Coordinate with FI, MM, PP, SD and BW for integrations and reporting.
• Drive period-end closing, cost allocation, and profitability reporting.
• Analyze requirements and design sustainable SAP solutions.
• Oversee delivery across projects, rollouts, changes and critical support.
• Supervise testing, go-live activities and post-go-live support.
