Job summary

Danfoss Drives Turkey invites applications for a 6-month internship in the Sales & Technical Support Department within the Project and Industry Channel. The intern will support both technical service processes and sales/project management activities.

The position will be based in Atasehir, Istanbul for a 6 months time-limited contract.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year student in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Control and Automation Engineering, or Energy Systems Engineering.
• Ability to support the team for at least 3 days.
• Preferably with basic knowledge of AC motor drives, automation systems, or industrial control systems.
• Proficient in MS Office programs and good command of English, capable of understanding technical documentation.
• Team players with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation of technical documentation and quotations.
• Organize and follow up on project files.
• Assist the technical support team with fault diagnosis, device testing, and reporting.
• Enter data into CRM and other corporate systems.
• Record customer requests and share them with the relevant teams.
• Provide organizational support for technical presentations and product trainings.
