Job summary

Danfoss Drives Turkey is offering a Sales Support Intern position in Istanbul for a six-month, part-time contract. The role supports both technical service processes and sales/project management activities within the Sales & Technical Support Department of the Project and Industry Channel.

Ideal candidates are 3rd or 4th year students in Electrical/Electrical-Electronics/Mechatronics/Control and Automation/Energy Systems Engineering, with basic knowledge of drive systems and strong MS Office and

• Proficient in MS Office and able to understand technical documentation.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation of technical documentation and quotations.
• Organize and follow up on project files.
• Assist the technical support team with fault diagnosis, device testing, and reporting.
• Enter data into CRM and other corporate systems.
• Record customer requests and share them with the relevant teams.
• Provide organizational support for technical presentations and product trainings.

We are looking for an intern to join the Sales & Technical Support Department for the Project and Industry Channel within Danfoss Drives. The intern will support both technical service processes and sales/project management activities.

This position offers the opportunity to be directly involved in industry projects and to gain solid technical knowledge and experience. The position will be based in Atasehir, Istanbul for a 6 months of time limited contract.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support in the preparation of technical documentation and quotations.
• Organize and follow up on project files.
• Assist the technical support team with fault diagnosis, device testing, and reporting.
• Enter data into CRM and other corporate systems.
• Record customer requests and share them with the relevant teams.
• Provide organizational support for technical presentations and product trainings.

What We're Looking For

• 3rd or 4th year student in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Control and Automation Engineering, or Energy Systems Engineering.
• Ability to support the team for at least 3 days.
• Preferably with basic knowledge of AC motor drives, automation systems, orindustrial control systems.
• Proficient in MS Office programs and good command of English, capable of understanding technical documentation.
• Team players with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
