Job summary

Barry Callebaut Turkey is seeking a Sales Support professional to enable the FM Sales team to manage and grow its customer portfolio. You will provide analytical, administrative and commercial support to ensure timely and accurate assistance to customers.

You will work closely with Key Account Managers, customers and internal stakeholders, helping improve sales performance through reporting, data analysis, contract tracking and customer support.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 1–3 years in Sales, Commercial Support or Customer Service.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, dashboards, charts and sales statistics to support business decisions.
• Analyze customer data, market information and sales performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Review pricing and budget information and support the sales team with performance analysis.
• Maintain and update Salesforce and master data records.
• Coordinate sample requests and follow up on deliveries with customers.
• Monitor sales administration processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support meetings, events and campaigns.
• Establish effective tracking mechanisms for contract management.
• Support Key Account Managers in strategic and operational projects.
• Contribute to quality, food safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
