Job summary

Melissa AI is seeking sales representatives to assist customers with order processing and manage the full purchase flow. You will respond to inquiries, recommend tailored solutions, and guide customers through product features and functionalities.

You will handle purchases, cancellations, upgrades and returns; provide necessary technical support; maintain accurate customer records; and liaise with team to resolve issues while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Servicing inbound customer enquiries by providing information, solutions and troubleshooting.
• Promptly responding to customer queries via phone channels.
• Encourage customers to buy products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products.
• Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.
• Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.
• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
• Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs.
• Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
• Strong collaboration ability to develop strong relationships.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
