Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Sales Intern for a 6-month on-site role based in Istanbul (Ataşehir). You will support the sales team with daily activities, manage orders, and help improve processes using SAP, Salesforce and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily sales activities, customer follow-up, and order management to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Assist in improving sales and order processes by maintaining accurate customer and sales data in SAP and Salesforce.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze key performance metrics, and support business decision-making using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues on customer engagement initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Help identify customer needs, provide operational support to existing accounts, and contribute to building strong customer relationships within the HVAC and Refrigeration industry.

The Impact You’ll Make

Danfoss Climate Solutions is the leading supplier to the HVAC and Refrigeration industries. One of the largest segments of Danfoss worldwide, we have a broad product portfolio, serving customers within heating and cooling applications.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern for our OEM Channel for a 6-month internship opportunity. If you are a proactive self-starter with a passion for learning, then Danfoss gives you the freedom to do so. This position will be based in Ataşehir, Istanbul.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the sales team with daily sales activities, customer follow-up, and order management to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Assist in improving sales and order processes by maintaining accurate customer and sales data in SAP and Salesforce.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze key performance metrics, and support business decision-making using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Ability to work 5 days a week during the summer and at least 3 to 4 days a week during the winter
