Job summary

Esthetic Hair Turkey is expanding its sales team and seeks an experienced Sales Coach to elevate consultative selling and patient-centered service across our clinics. You will mentor the sales force, analyze performance KPIs, and conduct training workshops to build an ethical, results-driven culture that supports high-quality medical tourism experiences in Istanbul and international locations.
