Job summary

CCI is hosting a Sales Career Sprint in Izmir to fast-track recruitment for Sales Representatives. It targets graduates in January 2027 or those with 0–2 years of experience who want to start a career in field sales.

The program includes online assessments, in-person interviews at the Izmir office, field shadowing, and a final interview with the Sales Manager, followed by an on-site driving evaluation.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of working experience.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• B-class driver’s license and active driving.

What is the Sales Career Sprint?

You might be hearing this for the first time! The Sales Career Sprint is a unique recruitment event designed to fast-track Coca-Cola İçecek’s hiring process for Sales Representatives.

Here’s what happens at the Sales Career Sprint:

• Applicants first complete an online assessment.
• Those who succeed move on to in-person interviews at our office during the event.
• Participants also join presentations, seminars, and activities to get to know our company up close!

What Happens After You Apply?

The CCI Sales Career Sprint process is fast and transparent. Here’s what to expect:

• Online Tests: Complete general aptitude and English assessments.
• Sales Career Sprint Event: Join us at our Izmir sales office for interviews and info sessions.
• Field Visit: Successful candidates experience a one-day field shadowing to see the role in action—because at CCI, a Sales Representative spends the entire day in the field!
• Final Interview: After the field visit, successful candidates meet with our Sales Manager for the final interview.
• Driving Test: Since this role requires active driving, we’ll assess your driving skills.
• Reference Check: We verify your previous experience and references.
• Offer Stage: Candidates who successfully complete all steps receive an offer!

What We Expect From You:

• Visit customers in your region, manage stock control, create orders, and drive sales,
• Build strong, sustainable customer relationships,
• Execute merchandising activities,
• Resolve customer issues effectively,
• Track and manage equipment processes,
• Communicate campaigns to customers on time and effectively,
• Monitor market activities and secure new customer partnerships,
• Take actions to increase sales volume and market growth

Capabilities:

• Up to 3 years of working experience,
• Good command of the English language,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• B-class driver's license (active driving),
• Has an analytical perspective, strong relationship management, team-oriented, and high planning, and organizing skills,
• The ability to build relationships with clients quickly,
• Being aligned and collaborative within the team, additionally; flexible and proactive personality is necessary,
• Those who are/will be residing in İzmir, Çeşme or Bodrum
