Job summary

Tetra Pak in Izmir, Türkiye invites an intern to support the Safety, Health & Environment team for a 6-month program. You will apply continuous improvement methods, gain hands-on manufacturing experience, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Internship requires university coverage for insurance for the full duration and is based in Türkiye, Izmir. Applicants should be in 3rd or 4th year of engineering, with strong attention to detail, teamwork, and good English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year bachelor's in engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of English and Turkish.
• Ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support SH&E team using continuous improvement methods.
• Review SOPs at process level for standardization and improvements.
• Assist with visibility tracking of KPIs and data.
• Handle tasks assigned by line-manager as needed.

Job Summary

We are looking for an intern who will support Safety, Health & Environment department in applying the continuous improvement methodology and achieving the factory KPI'S. The role offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Applicants’ universities must cover internship insurance for the full internship duration (6 months). This position is based in Türkiye, Izmir.

What you will do

• Support team members on visibility tracking
• Conduct review of SOPs at process level for standardization and identification of improvements
• Other tasks assigned from line-manager on need basis

We believe you have

• In 3rd Year or 4th Year of bachelor's degree in engineering departments.
• Thorough and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team.
