Job summary

Amcor Limited is hiring for a production/operations leadership role in Turkey. You will manage production lines, drive Lean initiatives like kaizen and TPM, and coach a team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. Strong Turkish and English communication and a background in engineering are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering required.
• Min 3 years of production and team management experience in industrial operations (offset printing preferred).
• Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills and experience with PowerBI, Access and Excel macros.
• Experience with lean production methods, 5S, OHSE, ISO quality systems and cost management.
• Customer focus, dynamic team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production meets company standards, quality, quantity, time and cost.
• Oversee area/product performance and team outcomes in quality, costs and delivery.
• Understand product specifications and customer requirements.
• Plan and organize production processes in line with procedures.

• University degree in Engineering departments
• Min 3 years of production and team management experience in industrial operations (preferebly offset printing)
• Good command of both written and spoken Turkish & English
• Good knowledge of computer skills, all office programs (PowerBI, Access, Excel macro programming)
• Experience in lean production methods, 5S organisations, OHSE principles, ISO quality systems & manufacturing costs management

• Valid driving licence, no restriction for travel in and out of country

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that the production is done according to company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost.
• Responsible for the performance of the area/product and team in terms of quality, costs and delivery.

• Plan and organize production process inline with procedures & instructions.
• Identify production problems and lead to solve them to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure that occupational safety, food safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently.
• Support lean systems, kaizen projects and TPM method activities.

Within the IWS (OperationsPlus) framework:

• Prepare data for daily DDS meetings and actively participate
• Coordinate all Change over/ Center line activities on the assigned production lines,
• Perform root cause analysis
• Establish standards to eliminate losses and ensure compliance through necessary actions
• Use established standards to develop the technical knowledge and skills of operations teams
