Job summary

MNG Airlines is seeking a Compliance Monitoring and Safety Engineer for the Quality and Safety Assurance Directorate – Flight Operations. The role emphasizes SMS and compliance monitoring, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous development.

The candidate will participate in internal and external audits, prepare audit reports, and ensure alignment with national and international aviation regulations, driving effective corrective actions and ongoing safety improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with Safety Management System (SMS) and Compliance Monitoring.
• Familiarity with national and international aviation regulations (EASA, ICAO, DGCA).
• Ability to participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in audits conducted by national and international authorities.
• Prepare audit questionnaires and update them per current regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Record nonconformities and manage corrective and preventive actions (CPA).
• Follow audits in the Annual Audit Master Plan and report to management.
