Job summary

Faerch Group in Turkey is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and locally maintain the Health and Safety Management System. You will act as an administrator for Worldlex and Assure, lead incident investigations, and train staff in safety procedures across blue and white collar teams.

You will coordinate risk assessments, audits, and site inductions, while managing suppliers and contractors, and supporting operations with safety improvements.

Qualifications

• HS qualification relevant to target country
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification
• Assure Local Administrator training (internal)
• Root cause analysis training
• Auditor training (ISO45001/ISO14001)
• Risk management training
• Ability to train and coach leaders
• Minimum English B2
• Leadership aptitude

• Ensuring and documenting compliance with applicable regulations
• Administrator in Worldlex (requirement management)

• Advanced Incident Root Cause Investigator (Incident Management)
