Job summary

Gizli Şirket, a leading energy company, seeks an experienced Health & Safety Manager to strengthen quality management systems and integrate a sustainable quality approach across core processes of the company and its affiliates.

The role requires extensive HSE expertise, regulatory acumen, and the ability to lead safety initiatives, audits, and training programs across sites and projects. Strong English communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related engineering field required.
• Master’s degree desirable.
• Min 15 years of related experience preferred in energy or construction projects.
• A-Level Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
• Expert level know-how on HSE Management systems and risk assessment methodologies.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Having no obstacle for travelling inland or abroad.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Holding NEBOSH IGC, OSHA etc. is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.
• Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and build capability of site resources to support implementation of HSE programming.
• Lead execution of the site’s annual HSE Plan and be responsible from the deployment of behavioral based safety culture.
• Provides investment and other related department with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local regulations and international standards.
• Inspects the facility to identify environmental, health, safety risks.
• Lead incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective action plans and reports them to management.
• Participate in formal HSE reviews of existing equipment modifications, new equipment purchases, and changes in site processes.
• Ensure that required regulatory permits are acquired, that reports are submitted to regulatory agencies, and any site permit conditions are met.
• Facilitate the completion of a site-wide annual HSE training plan.
• Lead HSE audits and/or self assessments
