Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Program Management (EEMEA) to lead post-sale customer success for a regional portfolio in Eastern Europe. You will drive adoption, retention, ARR expansion, and NPS, partnering with Sales, Product, and Delivery to influence KPIs and value realization.

You will build senior client relationships, guide regional teams, and ensure governance, risk monitoring, and scalable delivery across diverse markets. Strong leadership and loyalty program expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in customer success, account management, program management, or consulting for enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of hitting renewal targets and retaining long-term contracts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute customer success plans to drive engagement, retention, and program performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead senior relationships with key accounts and cross-functional partners across Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, and executive teams.
• Shape client roadmaps with data-driven guidance and market feedback to improve offerings and delivery.
