Job summary

OPLOG Inc. is seeking a field service engineer to install, commission, test, and troubleshoot TARQAN robots in live operations across Türkiye. You will analyze robot errors on-site and escalate unresolved issues to the Ankara Engineering team with precise handoffs.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical work in industrial environments, experience with AGV/AMR fleets, PLC programming, and the ability to read telemetry data. English for technical communication is needed.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing machinery and automation systems.
Experience with AGV/AMR fleets and robotic systems.
Knowledge of PLC/automation programming and conveyor systems.
Experience diagnosing faults via meters, HMI/PLC interfaces and telemetry screens.
Ability to read telemetry/data displays and work with a data-driven approach.
Intermediate English for technical documentation and engineering communication.

Responsibilities

Own field installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of TARQAN robots.
Analyze errors and alerts from robots in live operations and respond on-site.
Escalate unresolved issues to Ankara Engineering with clear handoffs.
Drive continuous improvement to improve robot uptime, reduce failures, and speed responses.
Report field feedback to influence product development and roadmap.
