Job summary

ARaymond Türkiye in Gebze, Kocaeli, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our automotive manufacturing facility. You will lead corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for production machinery, plan installations and commissioning, and drive uptime through TPM and 5S practices.

You should have a Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics, strong PLC and automation knowledge, proficiency in AutoCAD and SAP PM, excellent English, Turkish native, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing industry; plastic injection molding experience is a plus.
Good command of English.
Native Turkish proficiency and valid work permit for Turkey.

Responsibilities

Follow up on corrective, planned, predictive, and preventive maintenance activities for production machines and equipment.
Ensure continuous, safe, and efficient operation of production machines and respond promptly to breakdowns.
Diagnose failures in electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and implement permanent solutions.
Perform fault analysis on PLC and automation systems; handle 3-axis and 5-axis robot programming.
Plan maintenance activities for machinery, assemblies, fixtures, and equipment; coordinate with supplier instructions and maintain records.
Coordinate commissioning processes for injection molding and assembly machines, and utility systems. "
Maintain maintenance records and monitor downtime and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF); prepare reports.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and other departments for continuous improvement and machine efficiency.
Identify critical spare parts, conduct risk assessments, and support inventory tracking.
