Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR).
• Design, optimize, and improve welding processes and parameters for enhanced quality and productivity.
• Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot welding issues, and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Program and optimize robotic welding systems to improve cycle time and weld quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable welding standards and support inspection processes, including destructive and non-destructive testing.
• Conduct weld inspections, quality checks, and maintain measurement and traceability records.
• Collaborate with design, quality, maintenance, and automation teams to ensure seamless production processes.
