Job summary

Bodyarmor in Istanbul, Türkiye seeks a senior specialist to lead the Global Digital Network - Customer Operations with a focus on Revenue Growth Management. You will partner with Eurasia and Middle East teams, understand business requirements in pricing analytics, promotions, and data-enabled decision making, and drive adoption of digital RGM solutions across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business and IT or related fields.
• Project Management or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) or promotions in FMCG/Retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global/local RGM portfolio for the EME region.
• Drive stakeholder buy-in and adoption of digital RGM solutions.
• Coordinate with Operating Units, bottlers, and global teams to align product strategy and deployment plans.
• Manage deployments end-to-end from ideation to go-live and value realization.
• Provide data-driven insights and training to key users to ensure adoption.
