Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a senior professional to lead the Eurasia and Middle East Revenue Growth Management (RGM) portfolio within the Global Digital Network. This role partners with operating units, bottlers, and external partners to deploy digital RGM solutions, influence roadmaps, and drive value realization across the EME markets, including Turkey.

You will work with global and regional teams to align strategy, translate requirements into product enhancements, and manage deployments

Qualifications

7+ years in revenue growth management/promotions management in FMCG or Retail
Experience with Coca-Cola system and franchise model is a strong advantage
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of pricing analytics, revenue management and trade promotions management platforms
Familiarity with analytical tools (Power BI) and data-driven decision making
Understanding of AI use cases and opportunities to improve commercial decision-making

Responsibilities

Lead global/local RGM portfolio for the EME region and drive adoption of digital solutions
Translate business requirements into product enhancements and deployment plans
Coordinate with senior leaders, bottlers, and global teams to align strategy and outcomes
Manage cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end deployments from ideation to go-live
Provide data-driven insights and training to key users to enable adoption
Influence decisions with business cases and stakeholder alignment
