Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a results-driven Senior RGM Manager to lead global/local RGM initiatives across the Eurasia and Middle East markets. You will deploy digital product solutions and drive value realization for Coca-Cola, bottlers, retailers, and eCommerce partners.

You will partner with Operating Units, bottlers, and global teams to align product strategy, guide deployment priorities, and enable AI-powered analytics to improve commercial decision-making and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in combined Business and IT disciplines or similar
Agile or Project Management certification is a plus
7+ years in revenue growth management/promotions in FMCG or retail

Responsibilities

Lead global/local RGM portfolio development for the EME region.
Act as business ambassador across units and bottlers to drive adoption of new digital solutions.
Define changes and innovations to enhance toolset, shaping product roadmap and deployment plans.
Balance global priorities with local market needs and translate requirements into enhancements.
Partner with senior leaders to align product strategy, design, deployment priorities and outcomes.
Manage stakeholders across business teams, global functions, bottlers and external partners.
Serve as project manager across ideation, business case, go-live and adoption phases.
Lead cross-functional teams across geographies with product owners, developers and vendors.
Communicate vision, status, and value realization to regional and global stakeholders.
Use data management to identify data gaps and guide data delivery for actionable datasets.
Develop training and enablement programs to boost user adoption.
