Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior RGM Commercial Integration Manager in Turkey to drive downstream RGM integration across Commercial, focusing on Dx, Perfect Store, WCCE, GTM and CDA to enable listings and presence in store. The role requires strong governance, customer collaboration and strategic execution across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience preferably in FMCG Sales, Commercial and Finance.
• 3+ years experience in RGM.
• Preferably RGM, Sales, Dx and Trade marketing experience in multichannel, including OT, dComm, AFH.
• Proven track record of deploying complex transformational projects, including change management and value realization delivery
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RGM Downstream integration framework to optimize pricing and assortment with precision at the point of sale: focusing on integration with Dx and Perfect Store, with WCCE and key top customer processes, with GTM to enable distribution and presence in store – make decisions & execute.
